Service 1
Custom 3D printing
We’ll print exactly what you need — a single part, a prototype or a few pieces. We print with FDM technology on Bambu Lab P1S and P2S machines, which means a fast start and a sensible price even on small orders.
What’s included
- Model assessment and material recommendation (free with your inquiry)
- Print data preparation and part orientation based on the loads it will see
- Printing, support removal and basic cleaning
- A photo of the finished part before shipping (on request)
What we need from you
- A model in STL, 3MF, STEP/STP or OBJ format — or a brief we can model from
- What the part is for (this drives the material and infill we choose)
- Quantity and deadline requirements

Service 2
Repeat and series production
Do you need parts on an ongoing basis — product add-ons, spare parts, components for assemblies? We lock in a single print recipe and stick to it, so part number one hundred is the same as the first.
What’s included
- Locked print settings (material, layer height, infill, orientation)
- Free prototype or sample for approval on series orders
- Regular deliveries according to your demand
- Option to supply parts already finished and assembled

- An approved model (once the prototype is signed off)
- Expected demand — how many pieces and how often
- Packaging and labelling requirements (label, serial number)

Service 3
Print on demand for online stores
Do you sell 3D products but don’t want stock or printers? We connect to your orders and make only what the customer bought. We ship the goods to them directly in neutral packaging.
What’s included
- Direct WooCommerce integration; other platforms handled individually
- Made to order from each order (zero inventory)
- Neutral packaging — no branding of ours, with your documents
- Shipping to your customer’s address, with tracking reported back to you
- Returns and claims handled according to your setup
What we need from you
- Access to orders (an integration for WooCommerce, otherwise an export or handover of orders)
- Models and the rules for what gets printed for which product
- Packing instructions and any documents for the customer

Service 4
Fulfilment
Storage, picking, packing and shipping — for your finished goods and for the parts we make for you. We can also handle a „make to order and ship to the customer“ model.

- Handover to the carrier and tracking information
- Returns and claims handled to your rules

- An overview of the items in stock and their quantities
- Rules for packaging, documents and shipment labelling

Service 5
Finishing and assembly
The print itself is only the start. We take the part to the point where it can be used — from threaded inserts to glued sub-assemblies.
What’s included
- Installing threaded inserts (heat-set inserts) into plastic
- Fitting magnets and small hardware
- Assembly and gluing of sub-assemblies
- Sanding, filling and basic surface treatment
- Dyeing and painting (limited — for smaller orders)
What we need from you
- A model with pockets ready for inserts/magnets (or we design them during modelling)
- Requirements for joint strength and the assembly method
- A sample, if the result has to match a specific part

Service 6
3D modelling
No 3D data? No problem. We’ll create a model from a drawing, a sketch, a photo with a dimension or a physical sample — and prepare it for printing straight away.
What’s included
- Modelling from a drawing, sketch or photo with dimensions
- Editing an existing model (changing dimensions, adding holes, splitting into parts)
- Preparing the model for printing (wall thicknesses, tolerances, joints)
- Design consultation — what can and can’t be made
What we need from you
- A drawing, sketch or photo with a dimension — or a physical sample for us to scan at your site
- What the part should do and where it will be under load
- The dimensions that must fit (and to what tolerance)

Service 7
Engraving and marking
Laser engraving is in preparation — marking a part with a serial number, a label or a logo directly into the material. Durable marking that won’t peel off or fade.

- Serial numbers and production markings for parts
- Labels, logos and orientation marks (side, size, batch)
- Marking directly into the plastic — no stickers, no overprinting
- Tied into production — we mark the parts we print for you
What we need from you
- The text, logo or number sequence the part should carry
- Placement and size of the marking on the part
- Whether it’s a one-off or a run with sequential numbers

Service 8
Spare parts and production jigs
A part is no longer manufactured, a plastic component has cracked, you’re missing a clamp or a jig? This is exactly the job for 3D printing — no moulds, no minimum order.
What’s included
- Replacing unavailable plastic parts (from a sample or sketch)
- Production jigs, clamps, templates and simple moulds
- Covers, brackets, adapters and custom parts
- One-off and repeat deliveries for maintenance
What we need from you
- The damaged part or its dimensions
- Information about loads and the environment (heat, moisture, oil, UV)

What we don’t do
- 3D scanning — we work from a model, a drawing, measurements or a sample
- Printing in metal or in large-format materials such as concrete
- Parts over 256 mm in one piece (we handle them by splitting and joining)
If our technology isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so up front and suggest another route. We’d rather say no than deliver a part that fails in service.
