We pack it in neutral packaging and send it; the tracking comes back to you.

We set the connection up gradually and on a small scale: first one product, we check the quality, the packaging and the lead time — only then do we widen the range.

FAQ

What online stores ask us

Do we need finished product models?
Ideally yes. If you don’t have the models, we will create them — 3D modelling is a separate service with us. For that we need a drawing, a sketch, a photo with a dimension or a sample.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
The lead time depends on the specific product and our daily capacity. We agree upfront on a deadline we are able to keep, and we show the same deadline in your online store.
Will the customer know that someone else made the goods?
No. We pack neutrally, without our brand. On request we add your documents or leaflets.
What if a product stops selling?
We are not tied by stock or a minimum order quantity — when a product stops selling, we simply stop making it. We only keep the agreed models and settings.
Can you also personalise to the customer’s wishes?
We handle colours through the colours of the material. Laser engraving (name, number, text) is being prepared — tell us what you would need and we will get back to you as soon as it is available.
