What to send us with your inquiry
If you have a model
- An STL, 3MF, STEP/STP or OBJ file
- What the part is used for (load, environment, temperature)
- The number of pieces and the date you need the part by
- Any requirements for colour, finishing or assembly
If you don’t have a model
- A drawing, a sketch or a photo with a dimension
- A physical sample we can work from (we measure it, or we arrange a scan with a partner)
- The dimensions that have to fit, and with what tolerance
- How many pieces you are planning — that decides the process we use
