What we print for you
Practical parts, not decorations
We focus on parts that solve something in operation — they hold, cover, guide, or replace what can no longer be bought.
Functional components
Parts for assemblies, brackets, housings, adapters, guide elements. We can also handle shapes that would be expensive — or impossible — to machine.
Spare parts
Has a plastic part cracked and the manufacturer no longer supplies it? We’ll make a replacement from a sample, measurements or a drawing — even for machines nobody services any more.
Jigs and fixtures
Assembly jigs, templates, spacers, simple moulds. They shorten assembly and cut the error rate in repeat operations.
Repeat deliveries
Tens to hundreds of pieces with the same print definition. When the batch changes, the part looks and works the same.
Prototypes before a production run
A functional sample for checking fit and assembly before you commit to an expensive process. For production runs we provide the prototype free of charge.
Protection and stops
Caps, stops, bumpers and seals in flexible TPU — wherever something needs to flex or absorb impact.
Material to suit the application
We choose the plastic based on what the part has to withstand
Tell us where the part will be used and what it will be exposed to — we’ll recommend a material. And if FDM plastic is the wrong choice for your application, we’ll say so up front.

How it works

Brief
Send a model (STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ), a drawing, a sketch, measurements or a sample. If you don’t have a model, we’ll create one.

Review and recommendations
We go through the shape, print orientation, material and tolerances. We flag any spots that would crack in practice and suggest a change.

First part or prototype
We produce a sample to try out. For series orders the prototype is free — you want to see the part before paying for the whole batch.

Production runs and deliveries
We produce the agreed quantity and ship it. For regular repeat orders we keep the same parameters, so you can order as you go.

- The same print definition for every subsequent delivery — a part from the second batch fits the same way

What we need from you

- The expected number of pieces and whether it’s a one-off or a regular requirement
- Any requirements for precision, colour and packaging, if they matter
Where the limits are
We say it up front, so nothing gets stuck
What you won’t get from us
- 3D scanning — we work from a model, drawing, measurements or a sample
- Metal printing and large-volume technologies
- Parts over 256 mm in one piece — we handle those by splitting and joining
- Parts for continuous load in hot conditions, where plastic generally loses strength
If our technology isn’t right for a part, we’ll recommend another route. We’d rather say no than deliver a part that fails in service.
