Our company is responsible for your personal data. For anything you need, you can contact us directly by e-mail — we don’t handle this through forms or through third parties.

What data and why
We only collect what we need for your job
No profiling, no “improving the ads”. Every item of data has its purpose and a period for which we keep it.

What we don’t do: we don’t sell data, we don’t pass it on for third-party advertising and we don’t use it for automated decision-making. If your inquiry doesn’t turn into an order, we delete the data after two years — just say the word and we’ll do it sooner.
Analytics
No cookies, no tracking
We measure traffic with Umami, which runs on our own server (both the script and the anonymous measurement requests go through Cloudflare, and the data is stored with us). We don’t use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.
- We don’t put any cookies in your browser and we don’t store anything there.
- We don’t record IP addresses or any other data that would identify you.
- We are only interested in the aggregate: how many people came, which pages they visited, where from and from which device.
- The data is stored with us and we don’t send it anywhere.
- Bots and crawlers are filtered out of the measurement — the statistics only contain real people.
That is why you won’t find any cookie bar on this website — there is nothing to click through. The only exception is the technical login to the admin area, which does not concern ordinary visitors.
Who gets access to the data
Only those who help us handle your job
- The hosting provider — the website and the e-mail boxes run on it.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — DNS, CDN and website protection. Our measurement requests also go through this network. As the operator of the network, Cloudflare processes technical request data (for example the IP address) — we don’t store it.
- The e-mail service — delivery of your inquiry and of our reply.
- Accountant and tax adviser — only documents from jobs, as required by law.
- The carrier — only when we have a shipment to deliver, and only your name and address.
They all work under a data processing agreement and have access only to what they need for their part. We don’t sell data or pass it on for advertising. Cloudflare is based in the USA — the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses and by Cloudflare’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
What you can ask us for at any time
- Know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete data when there is no legal reason to keep it (though we do have to keep invoices).
- Restrict the processing or object to it.
- Transfer your data in a common format to another provider.
- Complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection — but please come to us first so we can try to sort it out.
Write to info@bracon.cz and we will deal with it within one month at the latest. We don’t charge any fee for it.
Changes to this policy
When the way we use the website changes
We update this policy whenever a new service or tool is added to the website (for example new analytics or a payment gateway). The version published here on this page always applies. Last updated: 26 September 2026.

Write to us and feel free to ask about the specifics: what data we hold about you, what we do with it and when we will delete it. We usually reply within one business day.
